Have any of you had issues with them filling orders??
I'm on my third week of trying and waiting on my order to be filled. I've email 3 times, and made 5 calls (spoken to parts guy twice, when he is actually there) and still almost a week after finally getting through on the phone.. again ( actually getting the parts guy to see my request)to them my order hasn't been filled/billed/shipped... no response. Frustrating! I had the parts numbers and everything, easy order!
When I speak to whoever answers the phone and tell them my predicament, they act like I have three heads.... Have others had the same experience??
