You can see the rear brake light is flush with fender.....

You can see the cut of the fender in relation with the rear light, you can see the black plastic push ins to cover the reflector bolt holes. My pipe now is right up against my turn signal

to the far left of the picture what you don't see is the 5/16" carriage bolts holding the cover to the frame..... underside picts next

What your looking at is the lefthand side under fender... the tee bolts/nuts are all brass, to the right are the original holes, you can see the plastic pushins as well where I cut the frame

The camera has a weird way of showin up stuff you do not normally notice like the skid lines of this cut.....To make the cut I took the lower fender which almost dragged on the street and used it for a template... I have since cut off excess threads etc and touched up with black to make it look factory.... I'm no craftsman but I think the job looks factory done.... the bike looks really good...
Now I have to hone my riding skills to get by that little buggar Phlat, heading into what we call turn one !@!!
