How do you know there is no spark if you don't know where the spark plug is?
The most common problems are in the carburetor.
The spark plug is on the top middle of the motor; necessary to remove the seat and petrol tank to get to it.
A 4mm allen wrench will remove the tank covers. A 13mm open/box wrench to remove the tank bolt.
Pliers to slide the wire clamp on the petrol tube down the tube and pull the tube off the petcock.
The ignition wire from the coil pulls up off the top of the motor and the spark plug is down in the hole.
You really should try draining any water out of the float bowl on the carburetor, it is a phillips screw on the bottom of the bowl.
If you have no mechanical experience, see if a friend who knows more can help. ------Steve
