Hey guys,

Thought i had best introduce myself. Names Marc and i have been building myself bikes for a little while now. Current project is a 1979 MZ TS250 which has been getting a bit of a make over and is almost finished. Just thought i would say hi before i go back to reading all the old threads on the forum

Thanks for that, actually tonight I am in a hotel with free wi-fi! Don't want to sleep now, Devils teeth the speed of broadband now-a-days....LOL! So just managed to have a look at your site. I like the MZ, a great style nice and clean, and a great set of build up pics, not to mention the wonderful eclectic mix of bikes you have! Will probably see you around this summer since you don't live a million miles away, pop down the forest sometime!

BTW, did you have to re-jet for your aftermarket filter, and if so what were your findings? Do you find the expansion pipe you bought has a good spread of usable power or peaks?

Hey awac, we actually pop to the forest quite often to take the dogs for a wander. If your ever coming up this way then drop me a bell and pop in for a cuppa.

Think the bike will need rejetting but havent done it yet. Dont actually have a licence to ride this bike on the road so havent been able to give it a test Just enjoy building bikes and it keeps me out of trouble. My trike project is the one im building as a keeper but im guessing that wont be one the road until next year at least.

No problems will do. Anybody who enjoys building bikes is fine by me, that's what gives me the most pleasure. I love to create. Built a couple of chops in the past and someone I knew had a trike, I have to admit it was so much fun riding/driving (never sure what I should say! Driding?), and so different to either two or four wheels, a must do in life I say! Its all about the feedback that you get from the machine, how it transmits from surface to Rider/Driver, all very Zen y'know...
