I have a '96 Skorpion Tour
One of the problems I had when I got it, was that the front brake caliper was seized on the two inner pots. I freed them off OK, but the damage was already done... The disc has been pushed over.....Dished, if you like...I priced up a replacement from the UK importer...Comes in at over £90 + VAT + P+P
Please does anyone know of discs from other bikes that fit...or any other info (part nos. sources etc) on compatible replacements...Brembo or whatever?

Please, Someone verify.
its the discs, not the calipers that work, and afaik, this is only for the baghira/mastiff...if the skorp uses the same front disc, then it should fit that too
Baggi SM and hence R6 sized disc part number is 9014268000. This signifies that the R6 disc will not fit. It is however the same part number as the Mastiff with ally wheels fitted.
EBC makes a brake rotor for my '02 Traveller, which should be the same as the Tour. Do a Google on EBC and you should find the UK distributor, which is where I was able to find mine. It's usually a special order so it will take a few weeks.
If you are in the UK ring BSA Regal, 02380-366404. They are a UK importer of MZ's and spares, I have used them many times and find them friendly and helpful, and they usually get the stuff to me next day....
The only alternitive is to get you steel rule out and go to a bike meet or shop and measure up some brake rotors on other bikes. You might get some funny looks, but if it saves money its worth it.
I would look at the Yamaha range first.
Yeah I know about the importer. That is who I got my quoted price from. I have dealt with them on a few occasions and have always had decent service. I just wanted to see if there was a more reasonably priced option.
I take your point about autojumbles, but we don't get many, if any, over here. Might have to try the steel rule trick yet.
