Plug fouling is usually due to too rich a mixture, check your air filter is clean, and that your choke isn't sticking on. If the cable is frayed inside it can stop the choke from closing fully. I could also be time for a decoke as your getting oil from the exhaust. On the spark plug side, if you can't get an Iridium one try using the projector nose version of your standard, ie, if you use an NGK b8hs, swap it for a bp8hs. The center electrode sticks out into the combustion chamber, and is 'cleansed' by the hot gases on ignition.
