First Mz I've Owned. Mystery Model, What Model is it?????

Postby Bazz » Tue Apr 24, 2012 10:40 am

Hello To All,

My name is Bazz, and i live in the Wye Valley (south Wales) Riding 9 years.
I have Just bought my first Mz, well... an Mz engine on a hard tail bobber frame. I have been scouring the net for weeks trying to identify
my new acquisition, with no luck. Its not an ETZ 250, a TS, or a 500r. Its a two cyilinder and i think its a four stroke but i just cant tell. (pictures attatched)
Any help would be really helpful. I know she looks rough but i have big plans for this beast.

Absolutely no idea! Sorry Ive been into MZs for more than 30 years and have never seen that engine. As far as I know MZ never made a 2 cylinder 4 stroke engine, I wonder if someone was having a laugh and fabbed up the MZ side cover and put it on another engine? Ive posted the pics elsewhere to see if anyone can identify it

RAT BIKES COLLECT PARTS LIKE A JUNK BOX
guy needed a side cover... it fit so there it is...
and that's a good motor so go with it ...
make sure you can get good paperwork to get it a mot and license
some areas its hard to rebuild something like this and get tags for it
here is a good place to start
http://www.davidsilverspares.co.uk/home/
insurance is a hassle on a rat bike build also
