ETZ Engine rebuild advice

Postby wdja » Sun Sep 30, 2012 6:58 pm

HI,

I'm just about to strip and rebuild my engine. Does anyone have, or know of, a list of all the little bits and bobs (tab and thrust washers etc.) one should renew when putting the engine back together?

Heres a pic of the bike as I haven't posted one before, it was looking a little sad but I'm restoring it atm. I'll take some pics as it progresses if anyones interested?

Yes, please post those pics, people like to follow these retoration jobs :D
I always replace seals, bearings if needed and same with the bolts and washers.
As you dismantle take some notes about what you are going to need to buy it will make the assembly a lot easier if you have all the parts and tools.

Thanks.

I will do then, theres not much to see now as all the bits are out being powder coated etc. I'll start another thread for it.
