mz 125 engine

hi all i am new to this forum i have been looking at my mates mz 125 sm not sure what has hapend to the engine but it is in bits think its been the bottom end i am looking for a engine compleat or the bottom end or can someone tell me if there is another engine that would fit if you have any help it would be great

tell us what its doing will the starter turn it over ???

have not heard to many real horror stories about this motor

and have 20,000 miles on one in 10 years

hi dave the engine is in bits out of the frame my mate says something went wrong with with a bearing the engine is all aver his hut wont be suprised if parts were missing now might have to look for another engine is there any other that fits

and if an amateur mechanic had it apart its probably a lost cause
because they usually take apart every thing but what's wrong

do box up all the parts so you have spares if you find an other motor
if your in Europe you may find one.. other areas chance is poor
