MZ TS Front Brake Modification/Enhancment

Well as everyone knows; the TS front brake is awful. This is mainly down to the fact that the lever arm is too short as it was designed to be put inside the drum as apposed to the outside, as it was thought to look good.

So now it's finally finished, my dad's been modifying the front brake of my TS125 for the past month or so by making a new lever arm and having it on the outside of the drum.

Bit of an update, got the bike on the road a few weeks ago,

The front brake got 80% stopping power on the rolling road at its MOT.

It sure is, everything I know has been from my dad, he made a tool today to get my clutch apart as it literally fell off inside the basket yesterday while I was riding along
If only I could fabricate though

that taper fit on the mz crank works great till it comes loose
hard down shifting a lot can cause it to happen
the BMW old /2 bikes before 1970 had it on the end of the camshaft
and when it slipped your ignition timing went out when the magneto magnet came loose
