Rotax engined MZ wanted.

So I'm getting tired of the 301 trying to kill me by seizing up etc, but would like to keep the MZ frame but have it be bigger and a 4-stroke. So, the rotax engined version is looking very tempting.

 

Does anyone have one for sale? Basket cases to pristine condition, all considered.

There's one on eBay at the moment. They are few and far between.

Yea, I've seen that one which got me thinking about them. Quite far away and I imagine it will sell for more than I can afford.

Starting to really lose confidence in my old ETZ301, I've had it about 10 years but it just keeps trying to get one over on me.

I've checked everything, but it keeps throwning random faults, this time it seized up at 75 going along the flat, partial throttle, with a trailer in tow for no reason. Oil pump was fine, enough oil etc etc. Just bound up and I grabbed a handful of clutch at which point the engine stopped dead. Was ok after cooling, but i'm getting sick of it now.

Incidentally, if anyone has a Rotax hidden away somewhere but want's a Part-Ex, I have a lovely G-reg 251 which will be looking for a new home.
