Not another question about manuals?

Postby Dave-the-rave » Fri Mar 21, 2014 6:11 pm

It is another question about manuals.

Any links I've found to manuals are dead links so my question is which is the best Yamaha 660 manual to buy which has the same carb etc as the Scorpion? I'm guessing the engines are the same but don't know about the carb.

Thanks in advance.

I might be able to answer my own question if I have some things right.

The Skorpion has a 28mm Y26PV carb which is the twin choke thing? If so then I guess I can use a manual for a XTZ tennere and the SZR?

There is a manual for the 660 engine in English. One place it's posted (along with some other useful manuals), is the 'MZ Skorpion Appreciation Society' on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/groups/163349670363902/files/
If you're not on Facebook, let me know and I'll try to find some other places on the Web it's posted.
