does anyone know the native/proper way to pronounce Zschopau?
phonetic transcript or even a wav would be much appreciated

I don't speak German (yet), but I'm pretty sure that it's "CHO - pow" with the cho rhyming with Show.
But all that aside, there has to be someone out there who is German, or is better acquainted with the town than I...

i just returned from the bmwmoa rally in ohio
and ask a friend from germany to say it for me after him saying it 4
or 5 times and me not getting it right

he say's never mind even some people who live there can't say it
correctly
