Thought it kinda looked like the Alfa badge, maybe faded a little, but I guess we can't all be so lucky. I DO have an Afla :? unfortuantely my 1992 164-S decided that 260K miles was the right time for the head gasket to self destruct and a rod bearing to sympathetically go to the great beyond with the head gasket... If you know anyone with a wrecked 164-s with a good engine let me know :-D I'm not looking forward to rebuilding the lower end, and an engine swap would a nice easy solution, It gave me 140K trouble-free miles (bought it with a 120K on it) I guess I can't be too dissapointed... but I miss my Alfa

Oh well, just another reason to ride the SM :D

thanks for the lead dave! Always glad to have another source for parts... The big name guys (Centerline, Alfa-Ricambi, and IAP) are great for most things, but they aren't so up on "helpin' the little guy out" if you know what I mean

P.S. Almost bought a Yugo race car once, I think it was a what, '88 or '89 GT, roll cage, custom suspension, no interior except for driver's seat and instruments... Body was nice and solid, but the motor was little on the flogged side, I figured it wasn't worth the $900 they wanted for it..

hi, i just thought i should update you guys on this...
after blaming the carb...ignition coil...restricted exhaust...
finally i blamed the intake cam...and it payed off...

this setting(on the first page) made my bike ran rich(it boggs a bit n surged afterwards)..but great mid range!however,i decided to set it back to stock setting...maybe it's not right for my altitude...half a punch mark was too much for me...

maybe next time i might try something less like 1/6 of the punch mark...
will update if i do... :D
