251 saxon tour

have a 1995 reg 251 saxon tour in blue , has a rzt sports exhaust fitted , but has a running problem carb ? also comes with a new mikuni 30mm carb ( unfitted ) have no time to sort it out , has mot until next august and is taxed but with new rules is not transferable , has 4560 km on the clock and is in good nick ,like i say just have no time to sort offers ????
