I sent an email to Motion Pro. We shall see. Any other sources for Silver Star cables?

Barnett Tool & Engineering makes custom cables as well. Basically, you'd send them your old cable and they'd duplicate it.

Any advice on how to replace the cable. It looks like I will have to remove the timing belt and so forth to access the cable at the engine?

You should just be able to remove the plastic plug(s) (with screwdriver slot in them) on the clutch case and unhook the lower end of the cable.
