MZ 125 SM Starter

My sm 125 starter is making this exact noise https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kzfx9C8eO30 the previous owner was able to estart it when i bought it but since ive had it it just make that noise for me. Can someone help me out and tell me what is the problem and if it is the starter itself or another component thank you, good luck and god bless.
