baggy wheels

Hi all,have any of you baggy owners out there fitted cast wheels? I picked up a set from a sv 650 with discs etc,I mocked up the front the other day whilst getting a new tyre and it should be relatively easy but I haven't tried the rear as yet so any input appreciated.
