Newbie from Basel Switzerland (RT 125 2002)

Postby sakurasanta86 » Mon Jun 25, 2018 11:48 pm

Hello all,

an Irishman living in Basel, bought my first bike at the weekend, a 2002 RT 125 in yellow.

Already found several parts suppliers online from here and a similar owners group on Facebook and there is an MZ mechanic in Müllheim Germany only a half hour away.

This is good, as the bike has not been driven hardly if at all since 2009 when it was last serviced.

The bike is being sold from a garage, has 15,500 kms and will be freshly serviced and run through the MFK (Swiss MOT, Tüv....) next week.

Nevertheless, I am sure not having been ridden in so long, some parts will definitely need to be changed soon.

Looking forward to draining you all of your knowledge!

Many thanks,
Wendy
