Wanted: TS 250 frame, or complete bike (Ohio, USA)

Good evening, folks. I'm looking for a TS250 frame for a race bike project. I just got a TS250 4 speed motor, looks like it was ran once for 30 seconds, it's like new, and I need a frame for it. I know of the one the guy in Miami has, but I'm a bit leery of that deal, plus he won't ship it. I will also consider an entire bike, hopefully in ratty shape, as I refuse to chop up an original bike in good condition. Please let me know if you have any leads.
