Mz Muz 500 HELP !

Postby swampbiker » Mon Jul 29, 2019 8:58 am

Hi all and I am happy that I found this sight..I hope.
I have a 1995 mz muz Saxon tour 500 The timing belt broke right after I rebuilt the carb and I am having one heck of a time finding one. HELP !!
the part number is 086 r 190 94544 and it is a Dayco belt. Getting parts out of Germany is a nightmare for me, The last time it took over a month to get two directional posts and it had to go through customs. lol
I am in Massachusetts USA so that is why it is hard to get parts, Any leads would be great thank you.

Any Rotax dealer in the US should be able to help, the engine is quite common although the fitment in the MZ bike is of course rare. If all else fails you can get them from either Force Motorcycles or Sportax Racing In the UK who are Rotax Agents and both are very helpful. Good Luck.
Riding it is much more fun than polishing it.
