i'm having trouble following Original MZ manual in two particular areas, one the right had case bearing and seal. On left side case no problem since it has a clip to bottom the bearing to and then seal went down flush with case wall. right side no clips and they ask that you use a special tool so as not to push seal into far where as it might rub crank, first that gives me the impression they are pushing it in from the outside which don't sound right. I want to put seal and bearing in easiest way so it is located in the right place. I know you have cup and shim has to be fitted finally. my thinking install seal same as left side flush with wall, install bearing from outside till it butts with seal so as not to push it to far and measure gap between cup with gasket on to fit shim.
My other concern is the right side gear bearings, they are showing them put on top of gears first instead of in right hand case. Then they talk about heating case to accommodate bearings, hows that work when your suppose to apply sealant on case, isn't heat a little much for that. I appreciate any help.
