The previous floats were just too heave to be reliable. So I got my hands on some polyurethane floats. The bracket was too small so I attached it to the original bracket by soldering it.

Still needs a little fine tuning. Just a tiny bit rich. But it's running reliably and not stalling out on me.

Did you measure it as suggested earlier (precision scale for weight, volume via submersion)?

That exhaust seems loud...
