I took the shortcut in replacing the crankcase seals. Removing the clutch and generator, I drilled holes in the seals and screwed a couple of metal fixing screws a few turns and the pulled on the screws to remove the seals.

Noted. Whilst mine is vastly improved after replacing the crankshaft seals, I still have some fine tuning to do. Maybe I'll lift the cylinder and see what is happening under there.

Sounds and looks (from your video) like a similar issue. If you did a full rebuild though the seals should be OK. I also replaced the carb on mine as the original was quite worn .
