Hej!

Sorry i dont understand the answer, here are my two cents why i think 180 cc Big Bore Kits work out very nice!

First: It has to be done in a good way.

1. Originally the engine was planed 125-200 ccm. Means The gearbox can take the torque,
and i see out of the rpm that the 6th gear can do more with more ccm.

2. In Germany we have at least two supplier offering the Big bore kit. It was succesfully used in the racing teams, for many years.
Take a look for Mr. Faber in MZ-Faber.de or for Mr. Schuller in racing-shop-schuller.de

3. Important is to have a new connecting rod from PROX with a roller bearing wich is recommened for 125 cc long life and of course for more power in case of 180cc.
That means in origninal is a sliding bearing, those simetimes wore out.

4. New timing chain in best quality DID

5. 1,5 mm Aluminum sealing kit under the head because of the longer connecting rod. With the 1,5 mm more height there will be never a problem with the oil channel beside the timing chain!

Happy to read you opinion.
Best!

at the present time best to leave it as it came from factory and ride it
where i live its only of value if it runs good as a DAILY DRIVER
as any major repairs will KILL YOUR POCKET BOOK
