Hi all,

I have an ETZ251 and I'm based in Cambridgeshire UK. Got the bike in a box of bits during spring this year, with parts of the subframe cut off and most of the tabs removed (abandoned cafe racer project). Here it is on day 1


After welding everything back on, reassembling the remaining bits and sourcing lost parts it's almost MOT ready. This forum has been invaluable throughout the process!

The forks seem a bit tall, but maybe that's an optical illusion or due to the camera angle.

I hate it when people chop up good bikes just for a silly project that they end up not finishing, or in this case barely starting (?)..

My Second TS 150 looked as tall as that. But I did have a 12 two pence pieces in either forkleg holding the springs down. And the preload up.


Nice bike Cam, always hankered for one of my own. As I hacked one. Never broke down electrically, blew up twice.. Lots of torque, even two up. Braking was a massive point compared to my TS drummies.
