My counter balancer has striped its gear key,I am thinking about welding gear to it in place? Has it been done?
Plan B is to make it electric 96volt.
With big HP brushless motor !
Has anyone here done a conversion with the muz frame

If you strip it to convert it you're 1/2 way to stripping the engine to replace the balancer. They are simple to take apart and parts are around for them plus you have the opportunity to install that big piston you know you want! That bike looks too nice to ruin.

Your probably right, But I could convert it and have it looking stock at a distance .and be able to change back to ice later,
I was thinking that welding gear on would be a quick fix,
