Captbarb -
It appears that the appropriate group in the MZ Riders club would be the East Anglia section, which according to the info. I have meets regularly at Groton nr. Sudbury, Suffolk.
Norfolk is quite a large county, and without knowing your exact location you may have quite a ride to club nights/runs out.
Have you considered the Vintage Motorcycle Club (VMCC) ? I am assuming your machine is registered with "Historic Vehicle" status, but is eligible for runs, etc. as it's over 25 years old anyway.
There are two sections in Norfolk : Norwich and King's Lynn. Both hold club meetings and runs throughout the year and I am sure you would be welcome at either.
PM me if you would like further details.
